“We Animals” tells the story of the friendship between two young women and the animals they have rescued, and their longing for connection. The film depicts utopian moments of freedom and beauty amidst a reality that thrives on the exploitation of humans and animals.

“We Animals” is part of the collective film project HUMAN/NATURE by the Filmwerkstatt Münster and was supported by the RKP - Regional Culture Program NRW of the Ministry of Culture and Science of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia, as well as by the LWL Culture Foundation.
